Central European Studies Programs
Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Hungary, Piliscsaba
The Central European Studies Programs (CESP) is designed to provide graduate
education and promote scholarly research on Central Europe in the fields
of social sciences and humanities (political science, economics, history,
philosophy, literature and art).
The program includes three different scopes of interest: politics, humanities
(religion and culture) and economics. The CESP is profoundly convinced that
future cooperation with this region of Europe (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia,
Rumania, Austria and the ex-Yugoslavian States) will not be possible without
the kind of comparative studies concerning the regions common past
and present that the CESP offers.
The CESP is being organized at
Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Hungary, Piliscsaba.
